  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • Schedule: Tuesdays, 3:30–5:30 p.m. Starting January 13th and concluding on March 31st.  
  • Structure: 3:00–3:30 Office Hours | 3:30–4:30 Educational Learning | 4:30–5:30 Apply Lessons Learned to your Specific Business during this Hands-On Lab Time
  • Locations: In person at Case Design/Remodeling (Bethesda, MD) and at TriVista USA (Arlington, VA), alternating weekly.
  • Program Leaders:

  • Format: Six vital topics. Most covered over two sessions, plus one Capstone Session:

    • Accounting & Budgeting
    • Legal & Technology
    • Capstone Session:  In the final week, each participant will present their biggest takeaways and next steps
