PRO Remodeler of the Year Awards

The PRO Remodeler of the Year Awards celebrate the exceptional craftsmanship, creativity, and innovation shaping the remodeling industry across the Metro DC region. Each year, PRO members submit their finest work for evaluation by an independent panel of remodeling professionals from outside our market.

Projects are judged on design, craftsmanship, problem solving, client satisfaction, and overall transformation, with awards recognizing excellence across a wide range of project types and budgets.

Whether it's a beautifully detailed bath, a thoughtfully designed addition, or a whole-home transformation, every entry represents an opportunity to showcase your team's talent, strengthen your reputation, and earn recognition among the region's most respected remodeling professionals.

The submission process is straightforward, and the PRO team is here to help every step of the way.

Ready to Enter?

1. Purchase the number of award entries you intend to submit.
2. Visit the Pro Awards portal to set up your account or log into an existing account.
3. Begin building your awards entries. The portal is fairly easy to navigate and you do not have to complete an entry when you start it. Feel free to work on your entries as you have time and submit when you are finished.
4. We will review all entries and will reach out to you if there are any issues.

Team Partner Program

Team Partners must be current PRO members in good standing and have the approval of the primary entrant to be included on a project submission. Approval is granted when the primary entrant designates a Team Partner during the entry process.

If you collaborated on an outstanding project this year, reach out to your remodeling partners to see if they'll be submitting it and ask to be recognized as a Team Partner.

Team Partner of the Year Award

The Team Partner of the Year Award recognizes the vital role trade partners, suppliers, and specialty professionals play in creating award-winning projects. Presented annually, the award honors the PRO member company recognized as a Team Partner on the greatest number of eligible project entries during the awards season.
